Tim Brindle is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, consultancy, and business development across various sectors including hospitality, charities, and food services. Currently serving as Bar Manager at Daisy Green since November 2020, Tim leads the immersive Colony Room, while also managing beer and cider procurement for the Daisy Group Collection. Tim's freelance consultancy work, started in 2011, involves advising organizations on marketing and customer service. Previously, Tim held roles such as Operations Manager at Blackheath Rugby Club, Fundraising Associate at notdeadfish, and Head of Corporate Partnerships at I CAN.
