Eoin Murphy is an experienced IT professional currently serving as IT Manager at Dairymaster since July 2011, overseeing IT network and server infrastructure, cybersecurity, backup and disaster recovery, and IT support services, while also managing systems including CRM, ordering, and cloud services. Previously, Eoin worked as a Software Engineer where responsibilities included network administration for Microsoft Server and Exchange products. Eoin's earlier experience includes a role as IT Technician at the Institute of Technology, Tralee, providing support for the college network, and as a Production Operator/Supervisor at Kerry Ingredients, where skills in team leadership, quality assurance, and time management were developed. Eoin holds a BSc in Computing from the Institute of Technology, Tralee, and a BA in English and History from University College Cork.
