Joy Doiley has over 18 years of experience in the automotive and packaging industries, currently serving as the DTNA Parts Academy Product Segment Manager at Daimler Truck North America since March 2011. During this tenure, Joy has held various roles, including Product Segment Manager for the Collision Program and Fluids, International Procurement Services, and Customer Segment Manager for Collision/IRF. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Packaging Engineer at Daimler Trucks North America from 2005 to 2011 and as a Packaging Engineer at Levolor from 2003 to 2005. Joy holds a Master of Business Administration degree and has a strong educational background from Clemson University, Georgetown High School, and Strayer University.
