Chava García has extensive experience in contact center strategy, workforce management, and customer support across various organizations. Currently serving as Manager of Contact Center Strategy and Automation at DailyPay, Inc. since July 2021, Chava previously held roles at SAP Concur as Senior System Analyst for Strategic Initiatives and PMO. Earlier experience includes a position as a Senior Workforce Management Engineer and support roles at LAKANA and the University of Minnesota, where assistance was provided for AV and eLearning systems. Chava also managed operations for audio-visual services at DePaul University's student union and began a career at Mbira Technologies focusing on customer accounts and customer service.
