Caroline B. is an experienced HR and People Operations professional with a diverse background in roles at various innovative companies. Currently, Caroline serves as an HRIS & Payroll Associate at DailyPay, Inc. since May 2023. Previously, Caroline held the position of People Operations Manager at Paxos, a regulated blockchain startup, from October 2020 to July 2022, and at Aaptiv, a consumer software startup, from October 2017 to August 2020.
