Brian Irion serves as the Senior Director of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships at DailyPay, Inc. since November 2020, and previously held the role of Director of Strategic Partnerships. In addition to this position, Brian is a Board Member at Barrington Endurance, a local not-for-profit triathlon and endurance sport group, and served on the Board of America SCORES Chicago from 2006 to 2021. Brian's extensive experience includes serving as Vice President at Alight Solutions, where Brian launched the Alight Partner Network, achieving significant revenue growth. Prior roles include Partner at Aon Hewitt, leading high-value consulting engagements, and North American Sales Leader for Communication at Hewitt Associates, managing substantial sales across the organization. Brian began a career at Edelman Worldwide as an Account Manager. Brian holds a BA in English from Saint John's University, a Master's degree in Business from The Aji Network, and has completed the Business Professional's Course and Harvard Business School's Strategic Human Resources Leadership program.
