Chloe Chen has a strong background in e-commerce sales, marketing, and merchandising. Chloe started their career as a web designer at lululemon athletica from 2006 to 2008. From 2009 to 2013, Chloe worked for Nautica as an E-commerce Manager, where they managed the day-to-day activities of the e-commerce site. Chloe then went on to work for HYDRINITY as an E-commerce Sales Manager, where they oversaw marketing, customer service, and warehouse logistics. Chloe currently works at Dailylook as a Director of E-commerce, starting in April 2019.

Chloe Chen earned their Bachelor's degree in Political Economy from Sichuan University in 2001. Chloe later attended the University of Southern California from 2002 to 2004 and obtained a Master's degree in Information Resources Management.
