Joshua Klapper has extensive experience in the culinary and hospitality industry, currently serving as a Manager at Daily Provisions since January 2022, where previous roles included Front of House Supervisor and Team Member. Prior experience includes positions such as Concession Supervisor at Union Square Events and Expo Assistant at Daily Provisions, along with team member roles at Shake Shack and Lizzmonade. Joshua also held the role of Area Supervisor/Chef Supervisor at Aramark, overseeing operations at Citi Field. Joshua's foundational culinary training includes internships as a Prep Cook at The Rose Cafe and Butcher and Bee, and a seasonal position as a Line Cook at Lizzmonade. Joshua obtained an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor's Degree in Food Service Management from Johnson & Wales University.
