Sarah Ramirez currently serves as the Customer Service Manager at Dailey & Wells Communications, Inc., overseeing customer repairs and communication in the San Antonio repair shop since March 2022. Previously, Sarah held the role of Radio Programmer where responsibilities included updating and programming Harris portable and mobile radios. Prior experiences as a Logistics Specialist at MVM, Inc. and Office Manager/Dispatcher at Access Key Service contribute to a diverse skill set. Sarah is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity at St. Philip's College, with a prior Associate of Science in Computer Science from San Antonio College.
