Brian Hays has worked in the telecommunications industry since 2005, starting as Regional Manager at VERTICOM. In 2017, they moved to Nexius as a Project Manager. In 2018, they were promoted to Director of Operations at Romain Tower. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Dailey & Wells Communications, Inc. as a Project Manager R.F.

Brian Hays received a Bachelor's degree in American History (United States) from the University of Oklahoma.
