Karen Ellis has a diverse background in service operations and sales management, currently serving as Head of Service Operations at Daikin UK since January 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Services at Spirax Sarco USA from January 2020 to January 2023, and a long tenure at Spirax Sarco Ltd as Commercial Sales Manager for the UK and ROI from February 2011 to January 2023. Additionally, Karen held leadership roles in sales at The Rose Bowl and Rosebowl Plc in 2010, as well as Business Development Director at The Slick Group from June 2007 to June 2010. Earlier experience includes Head of Sales & Marketing at Wycombe Wanderers FC and Commercial Director at Gloucester Rugby Ltd from July 1998 to April 2006.
