Muhd Amerul Fazel is a skilled mechanical engineer with diverse experience in service and technical support. Currently employed as a Service Engineer at Daikin Malaysia Sdn Bhd since June 2022, Muhd Amerul monitors service KPIs across the South Asian region and implements maintenance analysis processes to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs. Previously, as a Technical Support Engineer at ViTrox Corporation Berhad from December 2020 to May 2022, responsibilities included client-site servicing and providing technical support for system hardware and software both locally and internationally.
