Celia Orejuela Montañez currently serves as an HR Business Partner at Daiichi Sankyo España, having joined the company in September 2023. Previously, Celia held various HR roles at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company from October 2013 to September 2023, including HR Head, where oversight of a team of four and 180 associates was provided. In earlier positions, Celia specialized as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist and contributed as an HR Intern, supporting recruitment and performance management processes. Educational qualifications include a Digital Talent Executive Program from ISDI, a Master’s in Human Resource Management from ESIC Business & Marketing School, negotiation skills training from The Gap Partnership, public speaking courses, and a Bachelor of Business Administration attained through the Erasmus program at Warsaw University of Technology, alongside a degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Málaga.
