Sridhar Raman is an experienced insurance distribution leader, currently serving as Chief Distribution Officer at Dai-ichi Life Insurance Myanmar, where operations were established in 2019 with fully operational Agency and Partnership Distribution channels. Prior to this role, Sridhar held the position of Chief Distribution Officer at AIA Cambodia from May 2017 to September 2019, successfully launching and managing Agency and Bancassurance channels. Earlier experience includes roles such as Regional Head of Partnership Distribution at AIA Group, Executive Director at AIA Financial Indonesia overseeing multiple bank partnerships, and Senior Vice President of Partnership Business at Manulife Financial Indonesia, where a significant Bancassurance partnership was launched. Additional contributions were made as Head of Partnership Distribution at Manulife Financial Vietnam and Head of Alternate Distribution at AIA Vietnam, focusing on new business development and sales management.
