Team Head, Reward at Dah Sing Banking Group Ltd

Kammy Chan has extensive work experience in the banking and insurance industries. Kammy started their career at AXA China Region Insurance Company Ltd as an Assistant Business Analyst, where they conducted various tests and assisted in test plan preparation. Kammy then moved on to Nanyang Commercial Bank Ltd as a Team Head and Human Resources Manager, focusing on rewards and performance. After that, they joined Chong Hing Bank Limited as a Manager, Vice President, and eventually, as the Vice President and Head of the Rewards Team. Currently, they are working at Dah Sing Bank as a Team Head in the Rewards department.

Kammy Chan completed their Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Finance at The University of Hong Kong from 2006 to 2009.
