Gary Chan currently serves as the Team Lead and Senior Manager for Change Delivery at 大新銀行 since October 2021. Prior to this role, Gary held the position of Vice President and Domain Lead of Loans and Local Payment at 創興銀行有限公司, overseeing the core banking system implementation from July 2017 to September 2021. Gary's experience also includes serving as Project Manager at 恆生銀行, focused on China Trade Finance and Cash Management, as well as IT Manager at 中國銀行（香港）有限公司, working in domains such as RTGS, Payment & Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Factoring. Gary began their career as a Client Support Specialist at Techland Computer Systems Ltd. Gary holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a Master of Computer Science from the University of Bath.
