Sergey is currently the Head of Customer Success at DagKnows, Inc, where they are involved in business development for the AI company. Prior to this, Sergey worked as a Business Consultant for various clients worldwide, where they provided strategy, project management, and development services. Sergey also served as a Business Intelligence Expert at San Francisco State University, leading BI initiatives and managing teams. Sergey has previous experience as a Senior Solutions Architect at Google and a Business Intelligence Consultant at Wells Fargo and Morgan Stanley. Sergey started their career as a Data Scientist, working for various clients in different industries. Their expertise includes automation development, data modeling, project management, and technical development.

Sergey Bloom attended Roosevelt University from 1990 to 1996, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Science and Mathematics.
