Maria Dodd is the current Principal at Daggerwing Group. Prior to that, they were a Managing Consultant at Ketchum Change from November 2010 to January 2017. Maria has also worked as a Consultant at Mercer from November 2006 to November 2010 and as a Recruitment Consultant at Michael Page from October 2005 to November 2006.

Maria Dodd has a BSc in Psychology and Cognitive Science from The University of Sheffield, an MSc in Organisational Psychology from Alliance Manchester Business School, and a certification from Wharton Executive Education in Leveraging Neuroscience for Business Impact - LIVE Virtual. Maria is also a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and a member of the British Psychological Society.

Maria Dodd reports to Ewan Main, CEO. They work with Alan Kittle - Principal, Creative Director, Adam Kallish - Principal, and Katie Papazian - Associate Principal.
