Kate MacPherson is an accomplished creative professional with extensive experience in change management, interior design, and advertising. Currently serving as Principal and Global Creative Director at Daggerwing Group since January 2017, Kate focuses on enabling Fortune 500 firms to effectively manage change by addressing the people aspect of transformation. Previous roles include Vice President and Creative Director at Ketchum, where Kate led a multi-disciplinary team on various transformational projects, and Associate Creative Director positions at both Ogilvy & Mather and Geometry Global, contributing to numerous high-profile campaigns. Kate's career began with a BFA in Advertising and Graphic Design from Columbus College of Art & Design, supplemented by study abroad experience in Italy.
