Swapnil Avdhesh currently serves as the Manager of Art Advisory at Delhi Art Gallery since December 2011 and holds a position at DAG Modern since 2011. Prior experience includes a role in HR at a Fortune 500 multinational corporation from June to December 2011 and a consultant position at Elixir Web Solutions between June 2009 and May 2011, focusing on contingent hiring, executive search, and RPO across various industries such as infrastructure, power, telecom, pharma, and construction. Swapnil Avdhesh holds an MBA in HR and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management (2006-2008) and a B.A. (H) in Sociology from Delhi University (2002-2005), complemented by foundational studies in commerce and sculpture from Amity International School (1995-2002).
