Erick Silva has a diverse work experience in the manufacturing industry. Erick started their career in 2005 as a Group Leader of Production and Maintenance at Tritec Motors Ltda. From there, they moved on to Thyssenkrup Presta, where they worked as a Quality Supervisor from 2007 to 2010. In 2010, they joined CNH Case New Holand Brasil as a Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor until 2012. Currently, they are employed at DAF Caminh?es Brasil, where they have held various roles since 2012, including Supplier Quality Director and Manufacturing Engineering Director.

Erick Silva completed their education history with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidade Federal do Paran¨¢ in 2001. Erick also pursued a specialization program in Motors and Combustion at the Pontif¨ªcia Universidade Cat¨®lica do Paran¨¢ in 2001-2002. In 2015-2017, they attended FGV - Funda??o Get¨²lio Vargas for an MBA in Strategic Business Management. Erick further enhanced their skills by completing a program in Organizational Leadership at the PACCAR Institute of Managerial Leadership in 2017.
