Manoj Rishi currently serves as the Head of Operations at DAEWOO INDIA, starting September 2023. Prior to this role, Manoj held various leadership positions, including Director at Baba International Contracting, overseeing diverse construction projects in the Abu Dhabi Region from October 2014 to December 2023. As Senior Vice President at Reliance Communications from October 2013 to June 2014, Manoj managed infrastructure and facility operations for over 110 offices, including extensive CAPEX and OPEX planning. Manoj's experience includes Vice President at Indiabulls Real Estate, where responsibilities involved monitoring and quality control for over 20 national projects. Previous roles include Director for a government health scheme in North East India, Joint Director at DRDO, and a distinguished 22-year career as Colonel/CEO in the Indian Army, focusing on leadership, strategic planning, and civil engineering projects. Manoj holds a B. Tech from JNU and an M. Sc from the University of Madras.
