Karen Ramirez has a diverse and extensive work experience in various companies and roles over the years.

In 1998, they started their career as a Trainee/Insurance Manager at ABN AMRO, where they worked for two years before joining Vale in 2000. At Vale, Karen served as an HR Coordinator and later as an HR Business Partner & Organizational Development specialist for nine years. Their responsibilities included supporting different business units, implementing compensation and reward management practices, and delivering leadership coaching to line managers.

In 2009, Karen joined General Electric as a Leadership Programs Manager & HR Business Partner for Latin America.
