Russell Van Marter possesses extensive experience in project management, estimation, and compliance within the construction and recreation sectors. Currently serving as Project Manager/Estimator and Director of Compliance at DACS Asphalt and Concrete since February 2019, Russell has previously held the position of Apex Fitness and Wellness Manager at Apex Park and Recreation District from July 2009 to February 2019, as well as Fitness Manager at Trails from 2008 to 2013. Russell holds a degree in Athletic Training from Metropolitan State University of Denver, earned between 1997 and 2001.
