David Braner is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at DACRA Tech, LLC since November 2022, Braner oversees the provision of end-to-end adjudication solutions for government entities. Previously, Braner held positions as Executive IT Strategist at StraightArrow Advisory Services, CIO for the City of Joliet, and President of Newton's Cube. With a rich background that includes CIO roles at Nitel and Cimco Communications, as well as senior IT management at Comcast Business Services and Zurich Insurance Company, Braner has led strategic transformations and developed innovative solutions throughout their career. Braner holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from North Central College and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University, with ongoing studies towards an MBA from DePaul University.
