Charles Kline, MBA, is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical engineering and management across various industries. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Dacor since July 2020, Charles previously held key roles such as Director of Engineering at MacroAir Fans and Sr. Mechanical Engineering Manager at Medical Device R&D. With a robust background at TIDI Products, LLC that spanned nearly two decades, Charles oversaw critical engineering processes and ensured regulatory compliance. Early in the career, positions included Manufacturing Engineer at both Eagleware and Dynatrac, where process improvements and assembly tasks were prioritized.
