Marc B. Nouman is a highly experienced construction professional with a robust background in project management and estimating. Currently serving as Chief Estimator and Senior Project Manager at J2CONSTRUCT, Inc., since April 2021, Marc has previously held significant roles, including Project Planner at Dacon, Chief Estimator at HV Collins Company, and Vice President of Construction at Commercial Construction Group. With expertise in overseeing projects from inception through construction across various sectors, Marc has been instrumental in project development, estimating, owner negotiations, and budget management. Educationally, Marc holds an Associate of Science degree in Architectural Building and Engineering Technology, Construction, and Architecture from the New England Institute of Technology.
