Rogér Dudziec serves as the Conrector of Praktijkonderwijs and Eerste Opvang Anderstaligen at DaCapo College since April 2023, overseeing locations in Geleen and Sittard. Previously, Rogér held multiple roles at Het VISTA College from August 2008 to December 2021, including Care Coordinator, Social Science Teacher, Coach, and Team Leader of Arcus Vavo, focusing on coaching young adults and teaching subjects related to politics and social sciences. Additional experience includes serving as Interim Chair at Wijkbeheer Vrieheide eo, and as a Social Worker/Coach at Xonar, along with a long-term teaching role in Economics at College Rolduc from 1994 to 2007. Rogér's educational background includes studies at Fontys University of Applied Sciences, VSPW Hasselt, and the Seminarium voor Orthopedagogiek.
