Rafał Mikołajczyk has a diverse work experience in the field of embedded engineering and software development. Rafał currently works at DAC.digital as an Embedded Engineer, starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Rockwell Automation as a Senior Embedded Software Engineer from May 2019 to February 2023. Before that, Rafał worked at ZAMEL Sp. z o. o. as an Embedded Software Engineer from December 2015 to April 2019. At ZAMEL, they were responsible for software maintenance and development of a home automation system, programming mostly in C and using GitLab, GitHub, and Mantis for code management. Rafał also created Java/JavaScript tools for device programming and testing. Earlier in their career, Rafał worked at Elgór + Hansen S.A. as an Electronics Software Engineer from July 2010 to November 2015 and at Comid as a Full-stack Developer from July 2009 to July 2010.

Rafał Mikołajczyk pursued their education from 2004 to 2009 at The Silesian University of Technology. During this time, they completed a degree in Studia magisterskie with a focus on Automatyka i Robotyka.
