Tyler Leshney has held various positions in the corporate world since 1995. Tyler began their career at Bear Stearns & Co. as an Analyst in the Corporate Finance department. In 1997, they moved to The TCW Group as an Associate in the Crescent Mezzanine department. Tyler then joined Broadband Sports in 1999 as a Director of Business Development. In 2001, they were hired by Ascent Media as a Senior Vice President, where they were responsible for Mergers & Acquisitions and Strategic Planning & Business Development. In 2007, they joined Deluxe Entertainment Services Group as a Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales & Strategic Development, and then as a Senior Vice President of Operations. In 2013, they moved to LAC Group as an Executive Vice President in charge of Corporate Strategy and Business Development. In 2015, they became President of Mint Mobile, and in 2019 they became Co-Founder & Chief Paternal Officer of Dabble & Dollop.

Tyler Leshney attended Daniel Hand High School from 1987 to 1991. Tyler then went on to Harvard University, graduating in 1995 with an AB in Government.
