Vitalii Mocanu serves as the Director of the Software Development Department at DAAC System Integrator since February 2007, overseeing division management, project planning, and new product development. With extensive experience in Agile methodologies as a Scrum Master, Vitalii has successfully implemented the Scrum framework, led training initiatives, and ensured compliance on large projects. Prior project management experience includes significant contributions to major projects such as a Document Management System for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Moldova and a Taxpayer Personal Account for the State Tax Service of Moldova. Additional roles at DAAC involve quality management under ISO 9001 standards and early career positions as a developer and software implementation specialist. Vitalii holds a Master of Engineering in Microelectronics from Universitatea Tehnică a Moldovei and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the International Business School in Moldova.
