Daniel Coonan is the Principal and Founder of D4 Consulting Group, established in 2015, specializing in transformation program management, project delivery, outsourcing, and process optimization. Currently serving as a Partner at LEHI Partners since July 2023, Daniel previously held the role of Strategic Program Manager (Contract) at TPG, overseeing the migration of call center operations to offshore partners. Their early career includes significant positions at Accenture, where Daniel focused on process excellence in the healthcare sector, and Huron, where substantial improvements were made in revenue cycle transformation for major hospitals. Daniel’s academic credentials include an Executive MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and dual undergraduate degrees in Business Administration and History.
