Philip Bolton is an experienced quality and testing professional with a strong background in product development and quality assurance. Currently serving as the Head of Quality & Testing at D3O since January 2013, Philip has progressed through various roles, including Senior Product Quality Manager and Product Quality Manager, where key contributions include leading the FMEA process and overseeing the product approval process. Prior to D3O, Philip worked as a Production Quality Engineer and Testing Engineer, focusing on production monitoring and compliance with manufacturing standards. Philip's earlier experience includes a Research Assistant position at Loughborough University, where calibration testing was performed, and an R&D Intern role at PING, where innovation projects were undertaken. Philip holds a degree in Sports Technology from Loughborough University.
