Alberto Guzman has over 15 years of work experience. From 2005 to 2006, they were a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Honeywell Defense and Space Electronic Systems, where they provided manufacturing engineering support and implemented a robot to dispense adhesive on frames in the manufacturing process of LCD displays. From 2006 to 2007, they were a Legal Department Intern at Synthes, where they gained significant knowledge of the patent process and used numerous search tools to find prior art to cite in new Synthes patent applications. From 2007 to 2014, they were a Manufacturing Engineer-Automation at Synthes, where they managed automation projects, implemented new manufacturing equipment, and transitioned new Synthes products from product development to production. From 2014 to 2015, they were a Procurement Intern and then a Procurement Analysis Specialist at MillerCoors, where they supported the corporate procurement and procurement development teams and learned and applied MillerCoors' strategic sourcing principles to projects. From 2017 to 2020, they were a Global Procurement Development Manager at Molson Coors, where they were responsible for the scorecards and dashboards used in evaluating the global procurement team against metrics and targets, and developed and managed tools and processes to aid in the capture of procurement data. From 2021 to 2022, they were a System Sales Engineer at Fiero Automation. Currently, they are a Project Manager at Team D3 Coalition of Brands.
Alberto Guzman received their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University between 2003 and 2007. Alberto then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Colorado Boulder's Leeds School of Business, which they completed in 2015.
