Poornima Kaliaperumal(CSM®) has been working in the IT industry since 2005. Poornima began their career at Infosys as a Technology Lead, where they were responsible for managing 20+ team members in interface implementation end to end. Her duties included requirement gathering, design discussions, JAD, estimation, staffing implementation of application, and collaborating with project managers, engineering teams and various client agencies. Poornima also played a crucial role in requirement analysis, design, development and unit testing of the application. In 2019, Poornima joined D2Sol Inc as a Curam developer.

Poornima Kaliaperumal obtained their Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Valliammai Engineering College between 2001 and 2005. Poornima then obtained their Sun Certified Java Programmer (SCJP) certification from Oracle in April 2009. In October 2018, they obtained their Exam 480: Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3 certification from Microsoft, as well as their Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance®.
