Judy Huckabay has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Judy began their career as a Sr. Software Engineer at Perkin Elmer in 1984 and worked there for nearly five years. In 1989, Judy joined Valid Logic Systems as a Software Engineer, where they worked until 1991. Following that, they joined Cadence Design Systems, Inc as an architect and played a crucial role in developing various software products for reticle enhancement, litho verification, and physical verification. Judy worked at Cadence for a remarkable 20 years until 2009.
In 2001, Judy transitioned to Design for Manufacturability at Cadence, where they worked as an Architect until 2008. Judy also had a concurrent role as a Software Consultant at D2S, Inc from 2009 to 2016. Additionally, Judy started their own software consulting business, Judy Huckabay Software Consulting, in 2009 where they served as a Consultant for a few months.
Judy's final role before retirement was as a Retired Software Engineer at D2S Inc., starting in 2016. Throughout their career, they have gained expertise in software development, engineering, and consulting in the semiconductor industry.
Judy Huckabay earned their BSCS degree in Computer Science from California State University - East Bay, where they studied from 1983 to 1986.
