Richard Larsen is an experienced Site Lead at D2 Government Solutions since August 2017, overseeing a skilled instructor cadre in Military Tactics Courses for the Naval Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC). Previously, Larsen served as a Site Lead at Linxx Global Solutions, managing high-risk courses for NECC. Additional experience includes roles as a Crew Served Weapons Instructor at TSO Armor and Training, and as Post Commander for Securitas Security Services. Larsen has also held significant responsibilities at NSWG-1 TRADET as Leading Petty Officer, where administration and safety operations were managed for six training complexes. Larsen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Homeland Security, Law Enforcement, Firefighting, and Related Protective Services from National University.
