Nikolai Eggleton is a dedicated commercial development intern at Kitson & Partners, responsible for creating a comprehensive permitting and entitlements guide and collaborating with the Finance Team on a significant development pipeline. As a Risk Assessment Analyst at The IDEA Center at the University of Notre Dame, Nikolai conducts in-depth risk assessments and presents to potential investors, facilitating funding for innovative projects. Additionally, Nikolai serves as a Senior Fellow, contributing to successful projects in the McCloskey New Venture Competition. With experience as Chief Financial Officer and DJ for D100 Radio, Nikolai has developed extensive service hours and leadership in event management. Previous roles include managing football practices at the University of Notre Dame. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Finance at the Mendoza College of Business, Nikolai is set to graduate in May 2025.
