Jessica Fountain RN, BSN, CDCES is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as a Registered Nurse and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist at Perry Health since April 2022. In this role, Jessica provides telephone-based nursing care, responds to clinical alerts from patients, conducts monthly wellness calls, and facilitates education sessions to promote patient independence.
