Tracey Li is a seasoned data professional with extensive experience in data leadership, management, and analysis within diverse organizations. Currently serving as Senior Data Lead at D-tree since December 2020, Tracey conceptualizes and implements data and AI interventions in low-resource health systems, manages projects, and enhances data governance frameworks. Previous roles include Senior Data Lead at Flowminder, where Tracey spearheaded a project integrating telecommunications data into Ghana's national system, and Data Engineer/Analyst at Nextdoor, where improvements in analytics and engagement forecasting were achieved. Tracey has also held positions at Premise Data Corporation, MIT Senseable City Lab, and various research institutions, contributing significantly to data science and research across multiple domains. Tracey holds a BA and MSci in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge, a PhD in Particle Physics from Durham University, and an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology.
