Phillip Springer is an experienced operations manager with a history of effectively overseeing architecture, permitting, and construction scheduling teams at D.R. Horton since December 2020. Previously, Phillip held roles including Architecture and Permit Manager, where team management and design standard establishment were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes a supervisory role at Road Runner Sports, where sales teams consistently exceeded goals, and managerial positions at Tony's Smoke Shop and Tony's Tobacco Shop, where purchasing, inventory management, and team leadership were critical. Phillip holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Architectural Design & Drafting and an Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Portland Community College.
