Maggie Borton, SHRM-SCP, is a Talent Acquisition Recruiting Manager at D.R. Horton since November 2018, following experience as a Senior Recruiter and Recruiter at Aerotek, where significant collaboration with major Fortune 500 companies occurred. Prior to that, Maggie participated in the Future Leader Program at The University of Texas at Arlington, contributing to university recruitment efforts. Maggie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of Texas at Arlington and is a graduate of Lamar High School.
