Joseph Foster has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Joseph worked at D.R. Horton from 2012 to present, starting as a Construction Superintendent and then transitioning to the role of Field Auditor. In 2017, they became an Operations Manager and is currently serving as the Director of Operations for the South Baldwin region. Before joining D.R. Horton, Joseph worked at Sieck HealthCare Consulting, LLC as the VP of Business Development from 2000 to 2012.

Joseph Foster has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Faulkner University. Joseph also has an Associate's degree in Instrumentation Technology/Technician from Bishop College. In addition, Joseph has completed coursework in Biomedical Sciences from the Whiddon College of Medicine at the University of South Alabama. Joseph has obtained a certification in 10-hour Construction Safety and Health in 2015. However, it is unknown where they obtained their certification as a Qualified Credentialed Inspector.
