Lucy Pawson is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager at DJS Research Ltd since September 2019. Prior to this role, Lucy worked as HR Resolution Manager at DHL Supply Chain from February 2012 to August 2018, overseeing HR resolution management for various contracts in the North West, handling around 750 employees. In this capacity, Lucy provided high-quality support and advice on employment policies, effectively managing employee relations issues to mitigate the risk of employment tribunals.
