Tami Hollie has significant experience in education and recruitment spanning over a decade. Currently, Tami serves as a Recruiting Coordinator at D. Hilton Associates, Inc., a role held since 2014. Previously, Tami worked as a second-grade teacher at Splendora ISD, effectively enhancing student engagement through creative teaching methods. Tami also has a solid background in outreach and academic support, having worked at Rich Mountain Community College in various capacities, including Career Pathways Outreach Representative and Student Support Services Computer Lab Coordinator. Tami's educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Secondary Education and Teaching and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Southern Arkansas University, as well as an Associate of Arts from Rich Mountain Community College.
