Roni Miran has a long history of successful operations management. Roni began their career in 1993 as the Vice President of Operations at RADCOM. In 1999, they moved on to Pentacom, where they held the same role and was responsible for Manufacturing, Supply chain, NPI, warehousing and logistics, Quality and IS. Roni implemented an ERP system (MFG/Pro) in few weeks and played a key role in accelerating the development time and the release of a reliable complex product. In 2000, Miran became the Manufacturing Country Manager - Israel at Cisco, where they had Manufacturing responsibility for several Cisco’s High End Service Provider products. Roni consistently achieved excellence on manufacturing performance metrics, notably Quality and Reliability, On-Time Shipment, consistently short Delivery Lead Time, and COGS improvement. In 2009, Miran moved to Compass Networks as the Vice President of Operations, where they built the company operations from incubation to sales and was responsible for Manufacturing, Supply chain, NPI, Quality, Cost and Information Systems. Roni achieved 100% on time shipment and 25% cost reduction, and created supply chain and ecosystems which efficiently support both NPI and on-going production. In 2016, they became the COO at HumanEyes, and in 2020 they moved to D-Fend Solutions, where they are currently the Vice President of Operations.
Roni Miran earned an Engineer's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Tel Aviv University between 1982 and 1986.
