Assaf Monsa has worked in the technology industry since 1988. Assaf began their career as a Major in the Israel Defense Forces. In 1997, they joined RichFX as Sr. VP Products, where they developed state-of-the-art compression technology for 3D computer generated video. In 2003, they co-founded Double Trump, Inc., a casual games development studio, where they led game design and development and created business partnerships with distribution partners. In 2005, they co-founded Double Trump International, Inc. and served as Co-Founder and CEO/COO. Assaf created Micro Licensing, a new and innovative model for selling and licensing software, media and services over the net. In 2010, they became the CEO of Aniboom, a full-service virtual animation studio. In 2014, they joined Medial Cancer Screening (MCS) as VP, Direct to Consumers, where they directed an EIR activity aiming to build a business by offering the Medial services directly to consumers over the Internet. In 2015, they became General Manager, Israel of Leadspace. Since 2016, they have served as Co-Founder, CTO & VP R&D of D-Fend Solutions.

Assaf Monsa earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Physics - Talpiot from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 1988 and 1991.
