Clement Nagle has extensive experience in talent development and organizational development. Clement currently holds the role of Associate Director of Talent Development at D. E. Shaw India Private Limited, where they previously served as Senior Manager - Talent Development. Prior to their current position, they worked as the Learning and Development Lead at Pegasystems, where they built the learning and development function and facilitated organization development interventions. Clement also worked at Deloitte Consulting India as a Manager of Leadership Development, where they partnered with business leads and HR stakeholders to drive leader development initiatives and designed program content. Before that, Clement worked as a Senior Consultant, providing organization and talent services to Fortune 500 clients, and as a Manager, acting as a communications advisor to leadership and managing employee development and communication programs. Clement also has experience as an Assistant Manager in Organizational Development at Satyam BPO Ltd and as an Assistant Manager in Training & Corporate Communications at HSBC Global Resourcing India. Clement began their career as a Territory Sales Executive at Johnson & Johnson.

Clement Nagle obtained a Post Graduate in Human Resource Management (PGHRM) from Symbiosis in the years 2007-2010. In 2018, they completed an Executive Development program in Leadership and Change Management at XLRI Jamshedpur.
