Perez Moodley has a work experience as a Technical Project Manager at D.C. United starting from August 2018. Prior to that, they worked as an Analyst at Starwood Capital Group from October 2014 to April 2015. Perez also served as a Summer Analyst at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management from June 2013 to August 2013.

Perez Moodley completed a Bachelor of Finance degree in Finance from Fordham University from 2011 to 2014. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Science at Monroe College from 2015 to 2017. Prior to their studies at Fordham and Monroe, Perez Moodley attended the University of Cape Town from 2009 to 2010, where they focused on International Business, although they did not obtain a degree from this institution.
