Gaurav Verma is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and business development. Currently, Gaurav serves as Partner and Managing Director at D. Boral Capital since January 2021, where the firm focuses on providing strategic financial solutions to middle market and emerging growth companies. Prior to this role, Gaurav held the position of Executive Director in Technology, Media and Telecom at Nomura Securities International from January 2017 to December 2020, successfully leading coverage efforts and executing high-value transactions. Gaurav's career also includes significant roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where over $70 billion in transactions were executed, and at Citigroup, focusing on business development and team leadership.
